I only used the water park. Day passes available at reception. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Great waterpark for the kids plus a nice playground. We had so much fun Playground was very hot as there wasn't a shade cover. Only bad thing, one small toilet and no changing rooms.

Excellent place to stay with kids. The kids had a great time in the pool and the water play area. Beautiful cabins, not sure as noisy as they can be at other places. You would benefit from a car as it is roughly a ten minute drive from the town.

Good and bad. Great spot, water park is fun, staff are lovely, the grounds looked great and there is a little coffee van which is awesome, BUT the room in the villa was dusty and a bit dirty. I am asthmatic so I am very picky about cleanliness, especially dust, dirt and mould. The windowsills were so dusty in the room we were in and the windows were dirty as well as the blinds. I opened them up because that’s what I always do that at home to let fresh air get through. The bathroom had some mould as well. Although it wasn’t a deal breaker, I expect more from accommodation that is paid for. Besides that everything else was clean.

Good place to stay with the family. Pool area gets super busy and the waterpark pump broke down a few times but still great. Not far from Port Douglas town centre (about 10-15 minute drive). We stayed in a two bedroom cabin and it was very good. Clean and everything we needed.

Nice park , clean and tidy. Just make sure they don’t give you a sight next to the food vans or Expect to be woken up at 6.45 am when they are setting up every morning , slamming draws n cupboards etc. then you will have to listen to every conversation untill coffees are made. Oh don’t forget when they wake you up at 4am when they pull food van out to set up at the port Douglas markets on sundays. They are also open on Friday nights. Worst sight we’ve had in 6 months of traveling so far.
